Training
The I-PHOQS project will enroll and train a team of highly skilled young scientists ready to tackle the new challenges in Photonics and Quantum Science and to support the Society with fresh, motivated, and capable professionals in STEMs to reinforce our economy and face societal problems. Young researchers will be trained both through in-house research at the Facilities and through a set of joint network activities designed to enhance and enrich standard PhD programs. Whenever feasible, the organized training activities will be open to young researchers, typically PhD students, outside the I-PHOQS Network.
That will increase the contacts and networking opportunities for the enrolled PhD students, extend the benefits at the level of the national research ecosystem, and open the Network to new collaborations and wider access.
